The training courses are provided by Easy Learning S.A., a partner of ARCAD S.A.

Registration procedures
When registering, please enter the full name and e-mail address of all participants, as well as the course you wish to attend.
This information is only used to send access and certificates to the various participants.
Other communications (invoices, etc.) will be sent to the e-mail address given when the order was placed.
Training certificate
At the end of the course, a certificate of attendance is sent to each registered learner.
The certificate mentions the following information:
1. Full name of the learner;
2. Title of the course;
3. Summary of the training content;
4. Duration of the course;
5. Issuance date (corresponding to the date on which the participant completed the training);
6. Contact details for Easy Learning S.A., enabling the authenticity of the certificate to be verified.

Conditions specific to face-to-face training & webinars
1. Cancellation: Any request for cancellation by a participant or of the entire order must be notified in writing. However, any cancellation received after the training date will be invoiced. If the cancellation is made within ten working days of the course date, Easy Learning S.A. reserves the right to charge 50% of the total amount. This right increases to 80% in the event of cancellation within 5 working days of the course.
2. The trainer and participants undertake to respect the strictest confidentiality with regard to information obtained in the course of providing this training.
3. For organisational reasons (e.g. insufficient number of participants), or in the event of force majeure, Easy Learning S.A. reserves the right to postpone or cancel a course. In this case, a full refund will be made.
4. Minimum requirements: Learners must have a computer connected to the Internet to be able to access the webinar courses.
Conditions specific to E-Learning courses
1. Cancellation : Any request to cancel a participant or the entire order must be notified in writing to the email address constance@easylearning.eu. However, any cancellation received after access has been sent will be invoiced at 100%.
2. Confidentiality : The trainer and participants undertake to respect the strictest confidentiality with regard to any information obtained during the course.
3. Sending accesses : Access to the training courses is sent to each participant by e-mail via the following address: noreply@easylearning.training. noreply@easylearning.training.
4. Validity of access : Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Customer and the Company (Easy Learning S.A.), access is valid for 2 months.
5. Extended access : Any request to extend access must be notified in writing to the email address constance@easylearning.eu. We authorise an extension of access for 30 calendar days at a rate of 50% of the initial order price.
6. Minimum configuration: The learner must have a computer connected to the Internet to be able to access the content provided. The computer used to connect to the training platform must be configured to correctly display a web page with graphic elements using a current browser.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Client and the Company (Easy Learning S.A.), all invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of the invoice date and, in all cases, before the start of the course. Invoices are payable by bank transfer to the number detailed above.

Training materials are the property of Easy Learning S.A. and may not be sold, copied or disclosed in any way.
Data privacy
The personal information that Easy Learning S.A. collects is used solely to process registrations for our courses. This personal information may include, among other things: name, address, company and e-mail address. We do not ask for any information other than that required to identify the customer.
