- The CSSF remains operational, but its offices are closed to external visits.
- All communications should be made, either by using the eDesk application for those registered with it, or by email instead of or in addition to postal mail.
- All communications from the CSSF to external parties will be conducted by email and will not bear handwritten signatures. Please verify that the communication originates from the @cssf.lu domain and remain vigilant regarding possible fraud. If you have any suspicions about a message you have received, please telephone your usual contact person at the CSSF or contact the switchboard.
- The CSSF remains available for telephone or videoconference meetings.
